Swiss system of 9 rounds with individual-team summary. Tournment «А» will be included into FIDE.
Tournament Age of players
«А»–«Open» 1997 and older
«B» 1998–1999
«С» 2000–2001
«D» 2002–2004
Time control: Tournament "A" - 90 min + 30s/move.
Тournaments "B","C","D" - 90 min/game.
Thus the default time is 30 minutes.
V. Team summary: 4 players (1 player in each of tournaments «В», «С», «D» and 1 girls in any of tournaments).
Foreign teams (3 players in any of tournaments and 1 girl).
Family summary: 2 players from family.
VI. Classification of the team summary:
Team points (points of each player), Teams progressive score; Summary of places.
Prizes: 1–6 place: cup, diploms, medals.
VII. Tie-breaks for individual summary:
Points, Buchholtz, Sum of Progressive score, Sum of Progressive Score Cuts, relative match.
Prizes: 1–3 place in boys and girls: medal, diplom, money
4–10 place: diplom, money
In tournament «А» 3 players: 1994–1997 and 3 seniors (60 and older) take medal, diplom, money.
VIII. Conditions: Chess club «Obolon–Grosmaster» CTDU and Administration of the Scandinavian grammar school takes on their back organization of the festival, charges of accommodation for far-away teams.
Charges of other players takes player’s organization participates on festival.
