System: 10 woman participants play 9 Round – robin tournament by FIDE regulations.
Time control: Playing time will be 90 minutes for the 40 moves ,plius 15 minutes till the end game with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from move one.Digital clocks Silver.
Tie - break: 1.Points ; 2.Berger ; 3. Result in the some points group ; 4.Number of wins.
Prizes:: I – 1000 LTL., II – 600 LTL., III – 400 LTL.,
Organizers leave themselves the right to increase the prize fund or add additional prizes.
Entry fee:
WGM and title player with ELO above 2351 – entry free
For players with ELO:
2301 - 2350 - 50 Euro
2251 - 2300 - 75 Euro
2201 - 2250 - 100 Euro
2151 - 2200 - 125 Euro
2101 - 2150 - 150 Euro

Accommodation: For WGM free. The hostel costs from 30 LTL. per night.
The hotel can be booked on request.The Hotel costs from 50 to 240 LTL/night.

Registration of the participants - 12th August, 2008 from 10.00 till 14.00
The opening ceremony intended at 15.00. The beginning of the 1st round - 16.00.

1.Общие положения и организаторы
Паневежский шахматный клуб с 12 по 18 августа 2008 года в городе Паневежис проводят Международный женский шахматный турнир в целях популяризации и развития шахмат в Литве и в Паневежисе,
повышения уровня игры ведущих шахматисток страны и мира, привлечения молодежи к занятиям шахматами.

3.Система игры и технические правила
Турнир проводится по правилам (FIDE) Международной шахматной федерации.
10 участниц играет по круговой системе в один круг.
Контроль времени: 90 минут на 40 ходов плюс 15 минут до конца партии с добавлением 30 секунд на ход , начиная с первова хода. Электронные часы SILVER.

Б.Коефициент Бергера
В.По личной встрече
Г.По количеству побед
4.Призовой фонд:
1. место – 1000 лит
2. место – 600 лит
3. место – 400 лит.
Курс 1 евро = 3,46 лит.

Стартовый взнос : WGM и участницы c ELO больше 2351 – без
Участницы с ELO 2301 - 2350 - 50 евро
2251 до 2300 – 75 евро
2201 до 2250 – 100 евро
2151 до 2200 - 125 евро
2101 до 2150 - 150 евро
WGM с ELO 2300 и выше приглашается по спец условиям.

12 августа 2008 с 10.00 до 14.00 часов.
